Abstract

In the business world the life of customer satisfaction is an absolute must be the goal to achieve success. Due to the satisfaction of the consumer or customer achieved will bring many benefits to producers or lembaga.Salah one thing that consumers in the purchase consideration is the quality of services provided by the National Land Agency (BPN) DIY. The level of public satisfaction/service users occur after comparing reality and perceived performance or results with expectations and perceptions about these services. If the same customer perceived reality in the hope that customers want the satisfaction occurs, if the fact that the perceived lower than desired expectations of customers, the dissatisfaction will occur and if accepted the fact that a higher than desired expectations of customers then they will feel very satisfied. To measure customer satisfaction can one use that service quality can be measured with variable responsiveness, assurance, tangible, empathy, and reliability. From the results it was found that five variables research customer service has almost the same value yanh (average less than 1) the expected service with perceived service. This suggests that public service users BPN had enough satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper discusses (1) power relation pattern between emping maker labor and employer in managing emping mlinjo industry, (2) female group “Tani Rejo” as female labor association in internal affair or in relation to external actor, and (3) implication occurring due to emerging female labor association. The paper is based on research done on female labor of emping industry in Ngaliyan village, Limpung district, Batang regency, Central Java province. Result of the research indicates that (1) women associated in Tani Rejo group leave from social construction binding them for long time. They use it as economic and sociological association. (2) by joining in Tani Rejo group, female labor get welfare benefit in material and non material aspects and democracy, polity education and other supporting insight that is very useful in social setting and household. (3) From activities the group does indicate that negotiation strategy is social tradition transformation to economic area. The social tradition is social capital the female labors have. Social capital is transformed into formal organization. Then, the organization does economic activities using social capital. (4) Existence of Tani Rejo as social modal did not give significant implication in relation between labor and employers, because Tani Rejo emerge as new actor that is still weak in human resource and capital resource.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to review the development of agricultural cooperatives based members in the globalization. Given the national economic developmentof agricultural development a high priority. And in this agricultural development cooperative strategic role. Agricultural cooperatives is the largest cooperative in Indonesia, but the contribution to the national income is the lowest. Infact, agricultural cooperatives (KUD) actually for med from the top (Government/Employers) and not in bottom of the community. Agricultural cooperatives lost their identity due to the impact of the on going globalization. In such conditions, the need for macro policies conducive to the development of agricultural cooperatives in Indonesia, a complete under standing of the condition of cooperatives, the need for strategic step simprove the internal conditions of the cooperative, and the need for network communication and cooperation with the stakeholders.

Abstract

Business Group Catfish Aquaculture enlargement as a form of response to the community groups who are in RT 01 and RT 02 Somoitan, Girikerta, Turi, Sleman, who wish to pioneer the cultivation of catfish, but they are faced with: 1). Production problems in the form of limited/partners of the limited knowledge: a). On preparation techniques for the cultivation of fish rearing pondcat fish. b). stocking of cat fish. c).enlargement process includes feeding catfish, prebiotics and vitamins, water treatment pond and high settings. d). about the harvest which includes sorting the harvest and transport fish. 2). Management problems that include both partners still lack knowledge about: a). How to access capital financial institution Bank/Non-Bank. b). Including financial management analyst investment costsand production costs as well as production breakeven analysis (Break Even Point/BEP) efforten large ment cat fish. c). About entrepreneurship, especially in business planning. The method used to overcome the problem of training and practice are partners as well as mentoring. The training consiste do ftraining and practice etraining the fish pond preparation, seeding, maintenance catfish, fish harvesting, training how to access capital, financial management training business, and entrepreneurship training and business planning. The results of this activityis the increase of knowledge, under standing and skills of the participants in the cultivation of catfish rearing which includes the ability to preparea fishpond, stocking, maintenance and harvesting. In terms of partner management business grouph as been an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills of participants in the field of access to capital, management of business financial management, entrepreneurship and business planning. While mentoring partners can be expected to start catfish farming sustainable enlargement to improvethe economic welfare ofthe group members.

Abstract

Agglomeration cities not only cause physical problems and instrumental, but also cause problems in the implementation of urban transport. Existing institutional reality no longer able to provide transport services across the city, whose scope is in the surrounding area. This paper sourced on the results of the first study of two years of research, Based on the results of previous studies, coupled with best transportation practices of Singapore and Bogotta, then drafted Urban Transport Model. A model that can address the challenges of the city agglomeration. Four cities sampled (Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Semarang, and Cilacap) seen that every city has its own challenges. Institutional existing transportation is basically in the form of the city's response to answer the challenge. Commitment of all stakeholders will largely determine the success of institutional development.

Abstract

Research with the title: "The level of visitor satisfaction Kuwaru Beach Tourism Object Sanden, Bantul Yogyakarta", aims to investigate the characteristics of visitors or tourists, to determine the level of visitor satisfaction, when seen from the factors that influence, as well as to determine the most dominant influence on tourism visitor satisfaction levels.Factors thought to influence the satisfaction level of visitors is limited in the 8 factors: fees/entrance fee, the beauty of the beach, the cleanliness of the beach, playground, outdoor stage/venue, souvenir shop, SAR / health, location of parking. The survey results revealed that visitor characteristics by sex men 60% and women 40%; derived from DIY 69.3%, 30.7% outside DIY; seen from the age of visitors by 44% over the age of 50 years;Most visitors are high school education by 48%; and 29.3% of visitors to work as private sector workers. The level of visitor satisfaction is at a value of 3.98 which is located in criterion from 3.40 to 4.19 entering the satisfied category. The dominant factor influencing visitor satisfaction are: parking space factor with a value of 4.08 providing the highest level of satisfaction, followed by a factor of 4.03 and souvenirs to the value of SAR with a value of 4.00, whereas the rate factor is a factor kepuasanya lowest levies/entrance fee tourism with the value 3.84.

Abstract

Padukuhan Singojayan savings groups and Mawar savings group and loans Toglengan, village Sendangarum Minggir sub district, Sleman, has the problem: 1). The weakness of the institution ala spects of group organization, yet have a clear institutional rules, 2) Still Weak aspects of group administration, administrative and financial management systems are still very simple, 3) Low skills of administrators in the management of savings and loans, the ability of the management of the organization low group 4). The low activity of productive business (entrepreneurship) members. Metode approach used to over come the problem of partner is counseling, training and mentoring. The training consists of training the administrative and book keeping group, institutional management and Cooperative Training, Computer Training & Practice (Ms.Word & Ms Excel), entrepreneurship training and counselling on procedures for the preparation of Planning and Budgeting. Participants of the training consists of aboard of each pathners group. Activity targets are to be achieve done achactivity are as follows: 1) Extension of the procedure for the preparation of Planning and Budgeting; to improve the knowledge and ability to prepare a document for Planning and Budgeting group. 2). Administration and book keeping training group; to improve the knowledge and skills of participants in the financial administration and book keeping savings group savings and loan accounting. 3). Institutional and cooperative management training; that the boardhad knowledge of the institutional and cooperative management. 4) training and practice computer; to improve the knowledge and skills to use computers to support the administration of savings groups. 5) entrepreneurship training; to improve the understanding of entrepreneur shipand increased interest, the spirit of entrepreneurship, as well as an increase in entrepreneurial activities of the participants. While the targets to begenerated from the mentoring activities are: 1) Savings Group are orderly administration includes administrative requirements of the organization and administration book keeping.2) Enterpreneurship spirit and motivations 3). Improving the skills of administrators in operating a computer for administrative support groups. 4). Establishment of a complete annual financial statements (Balance Sheet report, Net Income Reports, Cash Flow Statement) as part of the management performance report submitted in the annual RAT5). Completion of the Planning and Budgeting, SOP savings and loans, the rights and obligations of members, management job description. This result already achieved in this activity is implemented entrepreneurship training, administration, and computer groups to improve understanding and skills committee. To each group was given the help of computer/notebook for each administrative group support. To follow up the training next plan is for mentoring activities to each groups.

Abstract

In addition to being an additional new tourist destinations, Desa Wisata in DIY turns out to function as well as one of conservation and community empowerment strategies for environment and culture. Through the development of community Desa Wisata has a new source of income while preserving they environment and culture. In that context, the development of Desa Wisata has a very strategic position. In terms of potential, DIY has many villages are ready to develop into Desa Wisatabecause they have material that can be packed into tourist attractions and also supported by the strong desire of the community to develop itself into a Desa Wisata. But however potential alone is not enough, because it must be driven by a reliable institutional managers to promote Desa Wisata on market. This problem is also faced by the Desa Wisata Tegaltirto Kec. Berbah Kabupaten Sleman. This community service activities aimed to encouraging institutional strengthening Desa Wisata and e-marketing capabilities of the managers and developer. Training and mentoring activities carried out in Dusun Karangwetan with 20 participants (5 groups). Training held for two full days, and will be assisting the manager and developer of this institution. Marketing tools in the form of two units complete with modem netbook is expected to accelerate e-marketing capabilities of this group.
